As in previous years, we brewed a slightly heavier counterpart to the IJbok, our classic bock beer. This year’s Dubbel Bock’s alcohol percentage is somewhat lower but its taste is still as full. Spelt and rye are partly responsible for that rich, soft mouthfeel. They also provide a pleasant herbal touch.
This Dubbel Bock is deliciously soft but complex enough to hold firm in Dutch autumn storms.
Our Dubbel Bock is only available on bottle this year.
