We have been making Session White for our tasting room in ‘t Vondelpark for a while, right between Vrijwit and IJwit. We made a special version with oats for a fuller body and orange and elderflower for a fruity and festive hue. Easily digestible, extremely drinkable and surprisingly fresh again!
Session White Elderflower is the second beer in the range of special numbers. Expect more pronounced recipes with this range in many cases. Sometimes as a test case, sometimes because we wanted to make it happen, sometimes because we were in such a mood.
There is a great danger that it will not stay with one.
