On the American West Coast they like their IPA’s even hoppier than in the rest of the States, resulting in a style that could be called ‘West Coast IPA’. Our take on this was a limited edition beer of a little less than a thousand litres. We used Magnum hops to acquire that characteristic bitterness while the dryhop mix contained Ahtanum, Cascade, Columbus and Galaxy. A flowery, citrusy beer with a bold, outspoken bitterness.
