Besides our IJbok we brewed another bock this autumn: the Dubbelbok (Doppelbock). This heavier and stronger version of the IJbok is smooth flavoured and full of dark aromas of caramel, laurel and chocolat. With an abv of 8,5%, this firm bock will definitely warm you up for winter.
This 2014 Dubbelbok is no longer available. We brewed great new take on a doppelbock this year though.

Drinking temperature: 10-12 degrees Celsius
