We can speak of a classic that fits comfortably in the hand. However, we have adjusted the recipe slightly. This makes it even softer and yet full of flavor. IJbok is a dark brown seasonal beer with an alcohol content of 6.5%. The roasted malts bring out the heat. And with the flavors of chocolate, dark fruit and coffee, IJbok is like your warm blanket on a crisp autumn day.
You can get IJbok on tap in our tasting rooms and in many cafés. You can find it in bottles at the better liquor stores and supermarkets.
