DIPA with Brouwerij ’t IJ Kompaan 8%
Brouwerij ’t IJ and Kompaan have sealed their friendship by brewing a damned good beer.
The collaboration is the perfect way to celebrate the re-opening of our breweries’ tasting rooms and cafés in and around The Hague.
It’s a Double IPA, made the way it’s supposed to be: with plenty of everything. Plenty of malt for a layered, full flavour. Plenty of hops during the boil to add crispness as a counterweight to the malt body. Plenty more hops in the fermentation phase, and then again during lagering to make the hops pop out of your glass the way a Double IPA should. And plenty of bergamot orange while we’re at it, just because we can.
