Although spring officially starts next month, our Lentebok is already available from this week on. PaasIJ is a seasonal beer with a Characteristic soft and slightly spicy taste. As long as our inventory allows, you’ll find PaasIJ in the better liquor stores, bars and of course our own pub. And with a bit of luck, you’ll drink one on our terrace soon!
We don’t want to brag, but the PaasIJ of this year is very tasteful. The fruits, coriander, yeast and hops are perfectly in balance. Together they form a beautiful combination, with a subtle bitter taste caused by the roasted malt. Shortly said: an Easter egg to hunt for.
