Look at that shine. There is some roasted malt in this IPA. Besides a beautiful amber glow, it provides a soft velvety mouthfeel and a hint of cocoa too.
We opted for Citra, Equinox and Jester hops. Beautiful varieties, especially when you look for the tickle of citrus and the softness of tropical fruits.
Not even that much alcohol (6.2%) but there is a whole lot going on in this one. If only all dark beers combined so well with sunshine.
