We used a rich mix grains brewing this beautiful IPA. The rye gives this beer its softness and slightly herbal character. The wheat adds to the softness while providing some freshness too. The oat flakes make the soft, round mouth feel even firmer.
Centennial hops provide the fresh, floral and citrusy tones. The Simcoe tickles your throat with a pleasantly bitter pineyness.
