EGGSHIBITION, snap je 'm? Eieren, maar dan heel mooie, om naar te kijken. Mooi bedacht weer door die lui van ’t IJ. En dat met Pasen. Alsof ze het zo bedoeld hebben. Daar zal wel een glas PaasIJ aan vooraf zijn gegaan, wed ik.
IJeren
Elk jaar tekent een indrukwekkend rijtje aan kunstenaars, vormgevers en illustratoren voor een geëxposeerd ei. Deze en een selectie van meer dan 50 eieren van voorgaande jaren zie je elk jaar rond Pasen.
Ook wordt er altijd via een open call een ei beschikbaar gesteld voor een student van de HKU, de grootste kunstacademie in Nederland. Zo geeft Eggshibition jong talent de kans om zichzelf op een mooi podium te presenteren.
Maar er is meer.
Couleur locale
This adventure keeps growing, it's a wonderfully long day full of entertainment, couleur locale and cool acts. There's plenty of fun to be had on and around the outdoor stage to make your beer spill out of your glass. Peak early, while the sun is still shining. That way, you can go to bed on time and be fresh for the Easter brunch.
Together with VOGELFREI in Utrecht, it is well organised every year.

PaasIJ
The reason for all the commotion is PaasIJ, one of Brouwerij 't IJ's most popular beers for over 35 years. It is the beer that heralds the arrival of spring in the Netherlands every year, with Easter as its highlight.
Available during spring in the best restaurants and bars in the country and at Albert Heijn. It will definitely be sold out after Easter, so drink an extra one during Eggshibition.
