In particular, we are looking for a General Manager for 't Blauwe Theehuis.
We are seeking a positive, natural leader who can guide and inspire the team. You will be responsible for creating an optimal atmosphere and work environment. In addition, you will focus on optimizing margins and personnel costs. As General Manager, you will have a complete overview of all aspects of our tasting room and have a passion for craft beers as well as an interest in the brewing process and the ‘t IJ brand. This is a full-time position, and you should live in or around Amsterdam.
Additionally, we’re looking for staff to work behind the bar, in the service, in the kitchen, and on dishwashing at all locations.
