A tradition we continue.


Together we’ll toast the new year.
For years, it’s been a steady tradition to kick off the new year at Proeflokaal de Molen on January 1st. And this year, we’re keeping that tradition alive.
Drop by for plenty of IJbeer, pea soup and upbeat tunes from our DJ. Together we’ll raise a glass to 2026.
And for those who can’t wait: on December 30 and 31 we’ll be frying oliebollen made with IJndejaars and our own jenever. Warm, fresh and just the way they should be.
