Our I.P.A. is a dark blonde beer with a pronounced hop flavor. The abbreviation stands for India Pale Ale, a traditional English beer style that originally developed when English ales were brewed with higher alcohol and a stronger hop profile. This helped the beer survive long sea voyages to the colonies.

In our I.P.A., we added hops not only during brewing but also during maturation. This gives it delightful aromas of grapefruit and flowers. The beer finishes with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers pleasantly.
